I adopted my now 5-year old Lab, Paris, about a year ago. She was (and is) "my" first dog, so I'm sort of blindly feeling my way here training her, especially since I really want to use positive methods with her and my family thinks I'm a little bit loony for trying it. There's cheese spread on the spoon...

I gave Sparky a nice, big, juicy neck bone from the butchers yesterday. Part way through him chomping it he got in my way so I went to pick it up and he growled at me!

Looks like he's getting slightly food aggressive... :S

Naturally I found you guys in the spotlight, and any thing "dog" catches me immediately. I'm mom to three dogs, a foster parent to a new dog every few weeks/months, groomer, and ravenous dog lover.
